We have the great pleasure of announcing that Joel Westley has been promoted to the role of Senior Researcher at Eames Partnership.

Since joining the business in 2016, Joel has quickly become an integral member of the team, playing a pivotal role in the launch of Eames Partnership early last year and establishing high research standards and elevating our capabilities.

Joel is an excellent brand ambassador for the business and is well regarded both externally and internally, having successfully executed on several high-profile assignments for clients across the globe and leading on new projects.

He has also gained a reputation for being a subject matter expert, recently being featured in an article in the Financial Times on cyber talent within the (re)insurance market, reinforcing our credibility in the market and our specialist expertise.

A highly ambitious and driven individual, Joel always strives to better himself and the business, constantly seeking fresh and innovative ways to add further value to our clients through our research and service offering.

His promotion is a testament to his unrelenting work ethic and the energy and passion he brings to both his role and the team on a daily basis.

Joel will now be responsible for leading and delivering on all of our global mandates as the business continues to grow.
