Arch Insurance International has announced the promotion of Simon Williams to the newly created role of chief strategy & distribution officer.
In his new role, Williams will have oversight of the generation and implementation of strategies designed to support business growth.
He will also assist in the alignment and development of the firm’s strategic objectives across the business, including underwriting, distribution, business development, marketing and communications.
Williams has over three decades of industry experience, having joined Arch Insurance International in 2018 as senior vice president, strategy and distribution.
Prior to that, he spent 22 years at Hiscox, most recently as a partner and head of marine & energy and wordings.
